510 Foundation and Nashville First Church of the Nazarene are proud to partner with Metro Nashville Police Department to put on this huge celebration of the Nashville community! We were excited to honor the progress we have made as a community while acknowledging the steps we need to take in the coming years. The event took place Sat, Oct 7th at East Park in East Nashville.
