510 Foundation welcomes corporate sponsors to partner with us to impact the East Nashville community, as well as specific communities in Haiti and Kenya. We are looking for small businesses and large companies alike to sponsor our Rise & Shine Gala fundraiser in November, so that we can expand our reach into underserved populations, particularly in East Nashville.

Giving Levels
Friends of 510 ($500) – Tax Receipt, Handwritten Thank You Note, Recognition in Gala Program.
Believers of 510 ($1,000) – All benefits of Friends of 510 plus slide on screen prior to event and name on 510 website.
Advocates of 510 ($5,000) – All benefits of Friends and Believers of 510 plus swag basket and choice of the following: 1 year of free registration for 510 Sports, free foursome for 2025 510 Sports Golf Scramble, 1 year of free registration for Adonai Arts Academy, or free Titans parking for 2025-26 season.
Family of 510 ($10,000+) – All benefits of Friends, Believers, and Advocates of 510 plus 30 second video clip at the gala and shared on 510 social media, and a commemorative plaque.
Special Gifts for 510 Gala
Table Sponsorship ($1,000) – Help us by sponsoring a table at the Annual Gala. $1,000 secures all 8 seats at a table. We will place a placard on the table stating the sponsor. Table sponsors can fill these tables with their own guests or allow 510 Foundation to fill those seats with our neighbors, volunteers, or clients.
Seat Sponsorship ($100) – Help us by sponsoring a seat at the Annual Gala. $100 secures
one seat at the Gala that 510 Foundation can fill with a neighbor, volunteer, or client.
